About me

My name is Markus Erdt and I am living in Muenster (Germany). I was
born in 1984 in Gelsenkirchen , but moved to Dorsten very early.

Since I was a child, I had a lot of fun painting and drawing all kind of
different things, that came up in my mind. I shared this interest with
my twin brother Thorsten and so the fun was doubled.

In elementary school I was one of the best in the art class and
so I decided to go for it and visited another school afterwards,
with a special look on design and art. That helped my a lot and
prepared me for my later live and work.

After I finnished school, I moved to Muenster where I started studying
Design and Illustration at the "Fachhochschule Muenster" untill now.
At the moment I try to get first experiences and visit
the book faires in Leipzig and Frankfurt, where i tried to sell some works
and get some contacts with different publishers
